Your full-body harness is designed to save your life if you fall. But it won't do you much good if it's defective; don't wait until you fall to find out. Inspecting a full-body harness takes less than two minutes.
And, most important: Make sure you know how to correctly put it on and use it. The full-body harness is effective only if you know how all of the other components of a personal fall-arrest system work together to stop a fall.
