Displaying posters

You must display Oregon OSHA’s It’s the law! poster where your employees can see it.

The poster summarizes the rights and responsibilities you and your employees have under the Oregon Safe Employment Act. The poster also comes in Spanish. If you have employees who speak English and others who speak Spanish, put up both versions.

If someone offers to sell you the poster, don’t buy it. You can print it from our website or we will send you one at no cost. Contact our Resource Center if you need more help.

Other things you may need to post

  • If you are cited for a violation, you must post the citation for at least three days – or until the violation is corrected.
  • If you are an agricultural employer who produces food crops, you need to post our Field Sanitation Notice. There is also one in Spanish.
  • If you have labor housing, you also need to post an Agricultural Labor Housing Registration Certificate where employees can see it.

The Bureau of Labor and Industries' (BOLI) Technical Assistance for Employers Program also offers free online access to all required posters, as well as nine-in-one and seven-in-one composite versions that are available for $15.00 plus shipping.

See our Posting requirements page for more information.
