Oregon OSHA is coordinating with the Washington State Division of Occupational Safety and Health (WA-DOSH) in this rulemaking. Both state programs are independently initiating rulemaking on Lead, but Oregon is evaluating if the Washington proposal makes sense in Oregon.

Washington DOSH lead rulemaking
