The 13th annual Mid-Oregon Construction Safety Summit takes place at The Riverhouse Resort and Convention Center, Jan. 27-28, 2014. This year's summit, designed for residential, commercial, and industrial construction workers, includes workshops on 15 different safety topics and five new pre-conference workshops.
The summit's keynote speaker is Eric Gigure, who offers a safety message with a unique perspective. He was working in a six-foot-deep trench when it collapsed and buried him for 10 minutes as co-workers frantically struggled to rescue him. In "The Buried Truth Uncovered," Eric shares his story of this near-death experience.
Registration for pre-conference workshops (Jan. 27) is $40 per person. Conference registration (Jan. 28) is $75 per person. Registration materials are available at regonline.com/construction_summit14.
