Those who participate in Safety Break are expected to follow the appropriate guidance and rules related to COVID-19 in the workplace. Oregon OSHA's current rules addressing COVID-19 in the workplace reflect substantial changes and reductions in provisions, especially for general workplaces. At the same time, the rules that apply to exceptional risk workplaces – primarily where direct patient care is provided – generally remain in place.
