Systems maintenance

The Department of Consumer and Business Services (DCBS) is performing maintenance to improve agency systems for Oregonians. Our web applications will be unavailable during the following times (all times are PST):

  • Nov. 28 through Dec. 14, from 4 to 6 a.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
  • Saturday, Dec. 9, from 6 a.m. to noon
  • Saturday, Dec. 16, from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Sunday, Dec. 17, from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. (if needed)

The online applications and services that will be unavailable during these times are:

  • Citation Appeal and Extension Requests
  • Consultation Request
  • Education Workshop Schedules and Accounts
  • Hazard Reporting/ File a Complaint
  • Resource Library
  • Surveys
