Overview

The Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) enforces anti-discrimination provisions contained in ORS Chapter 659A Unlawful Discrimination in Employment and has substantial expertise in such enforcement.

You can file a complaint with the Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) if you think your employer is discriminating or retaliating against you. Complaints alleging retaliation must be filed within 90 days of when the retaliation occurs.
