Whistleblower Rights online course

This course will focus on explaining the rights of a whistleblower and help you to understand the complaint process. It is designed for employers and employees and explains how the Oregon Safe Employment Act ensures safe and healthful working conditions for all working Oregonians. In addition, we provide information about how to file a complaint with Oregon OSHA and the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) and explain how Oregon OSHA Compliance Officers are involved. At the end of the course, you will take a quiz to test your knowledge and receive a certificate of completion.
