Letters of agreement

Oregon OSHA has developed several letters of agreement with employer groups to address specific compliance issues. A letter of agreement may allow for a modification from a specific requirement, but it maintains the intent of that requirement. Each employer with whom we have a letter of agreement must sign and agree to the requirements in order to participate.
