Fall Protection Suite

The courses in this suite are the most comprehensive set of online training for fall protection. They cover numerous aspects of working safely at heights, for both construction and general industry activities.

Fall Protection Fundamentals

This course is designed to assist employers and employees in meeting the requirements of the Oregon OSHA Fall Protection Standards. You will learn about what fall protection is, fall protection options, equipment inspection and maintenance, and how to get started using fall protection.

You will learn about the various types of portable ladders and safety-related work practices for their use. We will discuss why falls from ladders occur and preventative measures to consider, along with employer responsibility, including training requirements and supervision.
