Consultation services

Oregon OSHA consultation services are free and confidential. Our consultants in workplace safety, industrial hygiene, and ergonomics can help you reduce accidents and related costs and help you develop a comprehensive program to manage safety and health.

Inspections, citations, and appeals

Oregon OSHA compliance officers inspect workplaces, provide pre-job conferences to employers, and help employers who have received citations correct hazards. If an employer receives a citation following an inspection, they have 30 calendar days to file an appeal. Informal conferences resolve about 90 percent of appealed cases.

Rule obligations list

To help employers identify rules that have requirements for things such as recordkeeping, training, written documentation, qualified person, etc. we've organized these rules into a filterable, sortable, searchable list.
