Overview

The dictionary definition of a vehicle is a thing used for transporting people or goods, especially on land, such as a car, truck, or cart. Oregon OSHA’s rules for vehicles do not include carts, but they do cover tractors, trailers, forklifts, and buses and off-road machines, along with drivers and riders.
