Our Technical Manual is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for any provision of the Oregon Safety Employment Act or any standards issued by Oregon OSHA.
Oregon OSHA's Technical Manual provides practical information and guidance to Oregon OSHA's health and safety compliance officers on a variety of workplace safety and health topics.
The purpose of our Technical Manual is to assist compliance officers in hazard recognition, accident prevention and establishing sound safety and health programs.
The content is based on current Oregon OSHA standards, publications, consensus standards, and the federal OSHA Technical Manual (OTM).
