Technical Manual

Oregon OSHA's Technical Manual provides practical information and guidance to Oregon OSHA's health and safety compliance officers on a variety of workplace safety and health topics.

The purpose of our Technical Manual is to assist compliance officers in hazard recognition, accident prevention and establishing sound safety and health programs.

The content is based on current Oregon OSHA standards, publications, consensus standards, and the federal OSHA Technical Manual (OTM).
