Oregon OSHA encourages the use of online training. Our online courses are designed to assist employers and employees in meeting Oregon OSHA's rule requirements. Employers are responsible for ensuring all training requirements are met, including any policies, practices, and information that are specific to their workplace.

Upon completing each online course, you will have the option to receive a certificate of completion via email.

​This course covers the three primary tasks of an accident investigation: gathering information, analyzing event facts, and implementing solutions. We will also review the steps within each task: collecting information, determining surface and root causes, making recommendations, and writing the accident report.
